Coach Tony Sandoval is coming back to North Texas and he is bringing some new toys! Unlike previous assessments, Tony will be bringing force plate and dynamometer technology to assess riders asymmetries, strength, balance, stability, and flexibility.
No trailer? No problem! This new format utilizes videos the rider brings instead of a live riding session.
Clinic format:
Pre-work: Rider to bring video of riding (Instructions found here)
Day of Clinic: Rider will go through a series of testing using the force plate and dynamometer technology. Tony will assess the data onsite and go through some exercises with the rider to improve asymmetries, strength, balance ,stability, and flexibility.
Coach Tony Sando is a professional strength and conditioning coach with over 15 years of experience. He specializes working with equestrian athletes of all levels to improve health and riding improvement.
