NTEA Member Benefits

Members of the North Texas Eventing Association receive many benefits including exclusive Member's only discounts from many of our Business Members and a special 15% discount on all purchases offered by our sponsor Riding Warehouse. In addition, Members are eligible for fabulous end of year prizes based on an annual accumulation of show points (Category 1/USEA and Category 2/Schooling), discounts on clinics and classes, Member's only events, the annual awarding of scholarship money and the opportunity to be nominated for two NTEA special end of year awards. Membership in the NTEA is a great way to support eventing and education in North Texas.

NTEA Competing Members receive:

  • Points toward year-end awards in divisions for riders and divisions for horses
  • Category 1 points for recognized USEA competitions and year end awards
  • Category 2 points for local schooling competitions and year end awards


NTEA Non-Competing Members receive:

  • All the benefits of other memberships, except points toward year-end awards.


Family Membership:

  • Up to 4 competing members, or 1 parent and 3 competing members: spouse and children in the immediate family, up to 4 total.


Business Membership:

  • Online Business Directory listing, with
    • logo
    • name, phone, email, website, Facebook
    • brief description of your services & goods
  • Print directory listing accessible on website
    • all the above information
    • longer description, profiling you and your business
  • Include limited additional members: partner, spouse, and children in the immediate family, up to 4 total (competitors only, please)

Additional Membership Info:

  • Payment through Credit Card or Paypal.
  • The competition/membership year is from 12/1 through 11/30. Memberships end on November 30 no matter when they are purchased.
  • New memberships and membership renewals may be purchased at any time during the year, but they are not pro-rated.
  • New memberships purchased after November 1 will be effective for the upcoming competition year (12/1 - 11/30).
  • Current members will receive a reminder email in mid-October, with a link to renew online for the upcoming competition year.
  • All memberships lapse on November 30 if renewals are not processed by December 1st.
  • Points only count for the time the membership is active.
