Ana Schravesande is a GEM in our midst.  Ana who was born in Mexico was shortlisted for the Mexican Eventing Team. She studied in England and received her British Horse Society Instructors Certificate (BHSI) and later returned home with a Trakehner stallion at a time when warmbloods were scarcely recognized in Texas. Her father and brother had bought a beautiful large ranch in Pittsburg, east Texas called Prairie Creek.  Ana and her ex husband Red Doyal developed wonderful USCTA (USEA) Event Courses there - through Intermediate, which ran successfully for many years.  Ana bred Trakehners and became  an important part of the American Trakeher Society.

Ana who is a Licensed USDF/USEA dressage Judge and Technical Delegate is also an amazing teacher. Ana’s with her quiet and gentle demeanor is able to build confidence and get the most out of her students.  She is very CORRECT and does not believe in “cranking” horses into a frame to try and fool dressage judges, but teaches her students how to help horses to use their hocks, backs and topline to make them light and comfortable and able to perform to the best of their ability.

Ana’s daughter Adri Doyal, has become a successful International & National Horse Trials Event Course Designer and builder who is about to upgrade Quail Run Farm XC courses.  Ana and Adri run Corona Del Sol Events near Abilene.

As an introductory offer we are offering, Private Dressage lessons as well as semi private and small group lessons in Dressage and Jumping.  Lessons range from $70- $45 per day depending upon which option one chooses.

Silver Stirrups Pony Club will run a PC Camp 17-20 at Quail Run Farm prior to The Clinic.

We hope that you can attend!  Auditing is always FREE!
